Over 25 years ago, TinaB began a career that would take her from Assistant Controller roles managing more than $500 million in revenues to the founding of a firm built on a simple belief: good financial decisions don't happen by accident.
She has worked inside the construction industry, navigated audits with city, state, and federal agencies, and sat across the table from owners trying to make sense of cash that wasn't behaving the way they expected. She knows what financial stress feels like — and she knows the relief that comes when the numbers finally start telling a clear story.
Today, TinaB is a Certified Public Bookkeeper, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and a facilitator for Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. She mentors business owners, coaches families, and runs Priorities First the way she wishes every accounting relationship worked — personal, organized, and unmistakably on your side.
